Shipping Costs and Carrier

  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless specifically noted on the item's page or during checkout.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

  • We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to secure the most economical shipping rates.

Shipping Options

  • Your order will be shipped via the most cost-effective USPS method available for the package size and destination.

  • If you require a faster service (e.g., USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS, or FedEx) or prefer a specific carrier other than USPS, you must request this upgrade before or immediately after placing your order. Additional charges will apply for expedited or alternative carrier services.

  • Processing and Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 2 business days after payment is received our main shipping days are Mon-Wed-Fri. There is a 3pm EST cutoff on those days. 

  • Delivery times will vary based on the shipping service selected and the destination. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
